- Sub-category: regional (made in Senegal or West Africa) · international
- Language of the film
- Subtitles available (yes/no + language)
2. Artistic team
- Director: full name, date of birth, nationality, email, phone, postal address (city, country)
- Screenwriter (if different)
- Producer
- Production company (if applicable)
- School or institution (for school films)
3. Documents to provide
- Short synopsis (max. 500 characters)
- Long synopsis (optional, max. 1 page)
- Director's statement of intent (1 page max.)
- Film viewing link (private YouTube / Vimeo + password)
- Film poster (JPEG/PNG, HD)
- 2 or 3 film photos (scenes, shooting)
- Full technical sheet (.pdf or online)
4. Screening information
- Available screening format (MP4…)
- Film resolution (HD, 2K…)
- Aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3…)
- Sound mixed in (stereo / 5.1…)
5. Participant's commitment
